Howzit howzit!
One more day and since I'm probably not going to post tomorrow just wanted to wish all da WWD! hui - Lurkahs included - a very Mele Kalikimaka!
I hope this season has "refreshed" your soul even if it was only for a month!
Now us suckahs dat ran out of vacation are here at work.... who else is out there? Drop a line to let us know who's in da hale!
Anyone going to da game? I have to admit I going be da only pupule person wearing a UH shirt and a Notre Dame hat... no can help - they BOTH my teams! I guess I going win either way eh?
I really wish I could have gone to the game but a couple of my friends work till the afternoon and you know wat happened to my oddah friend. Das' why we going get a bowl game pah-tay my house and pah-tay all night!
And no, I nevah fo'get... Vegas recap coming up and mahalos fo' all those who posted some great suggestions fo' da quick Kauai getaway this weekend! Kinda getting worried cause supposed to rain this weekend and dat's not good.
Oh yeah, still gotta book hotel rooms.
Wishing all who read and post on WWD!, your families, braddahs, sistahs, uncles, aunties, cousins, nephews, nieces, whoevah, watevah, wea-evah......
MELE KALIKIMAKA!

Eh no tease about da kim chee. Us only get the generic kine. Kohala is made by Halms. No more Keaau Kim Chee since Harry Kim became Mayor (even before that when he was Civil Defense).
Plus us no more Palama market. I gotta go find one Korean store in Hilo. I saw one, but dunno if they get home made kine. I no like mine slimy like hanabutta.
December 24th, 2008 at 2:20 pm
BL's giving away Kim Chee? Let me know if you got any extra please.

Merry Korean Christmas
All the happy people come and go,
Saying, “An yan ha seyo!” “An yan ha seyo!”
‘Cause that is how you say hello,
On a Merry Korean Christmas!
All polite little girls and good little boys,
Say, “kam sa ham ni da” for all of their toys,
From the Moons and the Lees and Paks and Chois,
On a Merry Korean Christmas
Sister finds a putter beneath the tree,
And dreams of growing up to be Michelle Wie,
Brother just hopes the girls will swoon,
He wants to be as handsome as Bae Yoon Joon
Look at Rudolph with ko ju jang on his nose,
My haraboji says that’s why it glows,
And halmani laughs, “I suppose”,
On a Merry Korean Christmas
There’s Santa with cheeks like plump mandoo,
And a belly like a bowl of hot kook soo,
With a ho, ho, ho, he’s wishing you,
A Merry Korean Christmas
Ev’ry table is filled with hot kalbi,
Chop chae, meat juhn and bulgogi,
And turkey stuffed with choke kim chee,
On a Merry Korean Christmas
Onni finds a putter beneath the tree,
And dreams of growing up to be Michelle Wie,
Opah just hopes the girls will swoon,
He wants to be as handsome as Bae Yoon Joon,
Then we all enjoy at the end of the day,
A great big pot of kim chee chige,
“Sung Tan Chuk Ha” is how we say,
A Merry Korean Christmas!
Have a Merry Korean Christmas Day!
Merry Christmas WWDers!
